Whidbey Island Maritime Heritage Foundation maritime heritage and sail tours on Whidbey Island |
Established in 2016, the Foundation is dedicated to maintaining and operating the historic 1925 wooden Schooner Suva and to raising awareness of the maritime heritage of Whidbey Island, Coupeville, and Penn Cove. We achieve this through the education, promotion and preservation of local maritime traditions.
The WIMHF Bylaws were adopted on 20 June 2024 and a revision to the Term of Office was rectified on 15 January 2026 by the Board of Directors.
